The present invention relates to a vacuum fish pump capable of preventing damage to fish to be transported to the land so that fish caught in large quantities such as mackerel can be sold in small quantities. The vacuum fish pump comprises: a chamber having an inlet portion formed at one side thereof, a discharge portion formed at the other side thereof, and an intake port formed at an upper end thereof; a vacuum pump for evacuating the inside of the chamber through the intake port to vacuumize the chamber; an air control pipe having one end connected to an air-suction port of the vacuum pump, the other end connected to an exhaust port of the vacuum pump, and a branch end connected to the intake port; a first valve provided at one end of the air control pipe; a second valve provided at the other end of the air control pipe; and a pressure interlocking door provided at each of the inlet portion and the discharge portion, wherein the inlet portion is opened and the outlet portion is closed in the vacuum mode for evacuating the inside of the chamber, and the inlet portion is closed and the discharge portion is opened in the compression mode for supplying air into the chamber.
