The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermented black Korean medicine with far-infrared radiation-distilled water. More specifically, herbal medicines are impregnated with fermented liquid mixed with sikhye (sweet rice drink) and makgeolli (rice wine), which were prepared by using far-infrared radiation-distilled water; and the herbal medicines with the fermentation liquid impregnated are fermented, steamed, and dried to be fermented and blackened, so that the beneficial properties in the herbal medicines are increased as well as the sugar content to satisfy the preference of modern people.
