The present invention relates to a molten metal forging casting machine by tilting casting and a casting method thereof. The molten metal forging casting machine comprises: a tilting casting apparatus (A) which is a casting machine to inject molten metal to a mold; and a pressing apparatus (B) pressing and forging the injected molten metal. The tilting casting apparatus (A) comprises: a mold body (4) installed on a support die of a cast body by a hinge means (3) to be able to rotate; a balance spring (8) installed on one side portion of the hinge means (3) and keeping the horizontal balance according to the amount of the molten metal injected to the mold (7); a tilting cylinder apparatus (10) fixated to the support die (2), rotating the mold body (4) to give a slope to the same, and having a tilting cylinder rod (9); the mold (7) provided in the mold body (4) and having a molding unit (11), a runner (12), and a sprue (13); and a cooling apparatus (14) installed in the mold (7) and cooling the injected molten metal. Accordingly, the molten metal forging casting machine is capable of producing castings for example, automobile aluminum parts such as wheel cylinders, master cylinders, and calipers having maximized high efficiency, high density, and durability without bubbles or pores by the tilting casting function and the molten metal forging casting.
