Equipment for Prevention of Prion infection as a BSE Inducing Material by Circulation ecosystem from Cultivation Land to ruminant Animal

The present invention relates to a method for treating slaughter waste water and dehydrated sludge for preventing prion causing BSE from circulating the soil and treatment equipment thereof. According the present invention, the method includes the steps of: a sterilizing step of steaming and sterilizing thickened sludge generated by treating the slaughter waste water; a continuous evaporation step of cooling the thickened sludge which was steamed and sterilized, dehydrating the thickened sludge by a continuous evaporation method so the moisture content falls below 80% or less to make a sludge cake; a forming step of producing the dried pellet powder by grinding a part of dried pellets, mixing the dried pellet powder with the sludge cake made in the continuous evaporation step so the moisture content ranges from 40 to 60%, and forming a mixture of the dried pellet powder and the sludge cake to the pellets; a drying step of producing the dried pellets by drying the pellets formed in the forming step; and a burning step of providing a part of the dried pellets as a mixed material for the forming step and burning the other dried pellets. According to the present invention, the slaughter waste water is treated by a method different from the existing methods to avoid potential presence of the BSE inducing factor in the slaughter waste water, thereby preventing the BSE inducing factor from circulating the soil and maintaining safe ecological circulation system.
