The present invention relates to a Bovie Knife, and more specifically, to a Bovie Knife adapted to perform hemostasis or cutting by burning a lesion, wherein the Bovie Knife comprises: a separate control unit provided at a distance from an operating table; a pen-type main body not connected by an electric wire but with a battery system (including charging); an electrode tip provided to be detachable from the main body so that the electrode tip for hemostasis or cutting can be replaced, wherein a part of the electrode tip other than the actual hemostatic or cutting part (fore end) is insulated with an insulator; and a sanitary cover extending from the above electrode tip or the insulator isolating the main body of the Bovie Knife from the outside.
