The present invention relates to a method for constructing a geothermal power generation system by using an artificial crack induction. The geothermal power generation system includes an injection hole (110) through which circulation water is injected, a discharge hole (120) through which the circulation water heated by geothermal heat is discharged; and a circulation water movement passage (200) connecting the circulation water. The circulation water movement passage (200) includes an artificial crack (210) which connects the injection hole (110) to the discharge hole (120). The method comprises: a first step (S100) of excavating the first injection hole (110) and the discharge hole (120); and a second step (S200) of forming an artificial crack (210) by hydraulic fracturing. The second step (S200) includes: a pre-treatment step (S210) of specifying a direction of forming the artificial crack (210); and an artificial crack (210) forming step (S220) of forming the artificial crack (210) by applying water pressure to the lower portion of the injection hole (110) or the discharge hole (120). According to the present invention, a direction to form an artificial crack by hydraulic fracturing is specified, and it is possible to construct a geothermal power generation system in accordance with this design.
