The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing porcine cholera virus infection using a porcine cholera virus E2 protein and a monoclonal antibody specific thereto, and a diagnostic kit for implementing the method. The immunoassay using the lateral flow assay of the present invention is a rapid kit, which enables rapid diagnosis and low cost compared to the conventional enzyme immunoassay. Therefore, the diagnostic method and the diagnostic kit of the present invention can replace the conventional method for diagnosing porcine cholera infection.
