The present invention relates to a polyamide-based polymer composition having improved flowability, and a method of preparing the same, wherein the polyamide-based polymer composition has improved flowability by containing, as a rheological modifier in a polyamide-based resin, a linear diamine compound and a hyperbranched polyamide produced from the amide formation between polyfunctional organic acids or organic acid chlorides. According to the present invention, the polyamide-based resin composition can be used in the production process of composite materials using reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers, carbon fibers, or the like to effectively disperse the reinforcing fibers, and due to improved flowability thereof, can be extremely useful in compounding, or extrusion and injection molding of polyamide-based engineering plastics containing a high content of glass fibers.
