The present invention relates to a wound retractor for surgery, comprising: a hollow type retractor (100) having an upper frame (110) and a lower frame (120) which are connected by a connection sheet (130); and traction blade units (200) coupled to a coupling unit (140) formed in the lower frame (120) to be movable along the lower frame (120) and extended to the outside of the lower frame (120), wherein a stopper (300) capable of fixating the traction blade unit (200) at a specific position is included in the traction blade unit (200). The present invention couples the traction blade unit to the lower frame by an insertion rail structure and a gear rail structure to easily slide-move the traction blade unit, and provided with the stopper on a rail of the lower frame to easily fixate the position of the traction blade unit if necessary.
