The present invention relates to an ionic liquid-supported imidazolidinone chiral auxiliary agent and a production method thereof, wherein the ionic liquid-supported imidazolidinone chiral auxiliary agent is supported by ionic liquid to facilitate the monitoring of the reaction while satisfying the molecular economic efficiency of the chiral auxiliary agent, can carry out the synthesis under uniform conditions unlike solid phase synthesis, and can easily perform the separation from a reaction product by using the difference in solubility of the ionic liquid and a substrate/product after the completion of the reaction.
