The present invention minimizes the thickness of the structure and improves the strength of the member because the steel fiber reinforced portion 200 is formed in the inner tensile region of the concrete member when the structure is impacted and detonated. When an impact or an explosion occurs on the outside of the structure, a compressive force acts on the outer surface, and a tensile force is generated on the inner surface. Therefore, among the concrete members having excellent compressive strength, the steel fiber reinforced portion is provided only in the tensile region where tensile is generated, thereby improving the economical efficiency of the reinforced concrete member and securing rigidity of the member.
