LysSA97 Antibiotic composition with novel endolysin LysSA97 from Staphylococcus aureus bacteriophage and compound from essential oil

The present invention relates to an antibiotic composition containing endolysin LysSA97 and essential oil components. The combination treatment of LysSA97 endolysin and essential oil exhibits a sterilizing effect remarkably superior to the sterilization effect when endolysin and essential oil are treated individually. According to the present invention, the combination treatment shows an excellent synergy effect of about 10 times more than when endolysin and essential oil are treated respectively.
