According to an embodiment of the present invention, a prediction apparatus for Linz-Donawitz gas recovery comprises: a model construction unit constructing a recovery model for each electric furnace by receiving a blow record of the electric furnace; a first prediction unit predicting a first recovery pattern by applying a blow plan to the recovery model; a second prediction unit predicting a second recovery pattern by applying a blow proceeding event to the recovery model; and an output unit outputting a third recovery pattern in which the first recovery pattern and the second recovery pattern are coupled to each other.
