The present invention relates to a precision numerical map production system via the synthesis of coordinate information and topographical information. More specifically, the present invention relates to a precision numerical map production system via the synthesis of coordinate information and topographical information, which easily receives positional information signals from a global positioning system (GPS) satellite, enhances accuracy in positional information data by stably maintaining reception pose of the positional information signals from external shocks generated while moving, and favorably enables monitoring of map information through a touch panel by blocking off sunlight.
