The present invention relates to a precision digital map making system through a synthesis of coordinate information and geographic information, more specifically, for receiving easily a location information signal from a GPS satellite and increasing accuracy of location information data by maintaining stably a receiving position of the location information signal from an outer shock generated during a move while preventing a damage of various devices, which is arranged on a base plate, by absorbing a vibration generated in accordance with a progress of a moving unit. The precision digital map making system through a synthesis of coordinate information and geographic information comprises: a GPS satellite; a GIS server; and a terminal device transmitting and receiving map information by connecting to the GIS server.
