The present invention relates to a stainless steel composite including a coating layer on the surface. The stainless steel composite provided by the present invention includes: a stainless steel plate; the stainless steel plate includes one side having the widest area among a plurality of sides forming the stainless steel plate and a facing side thereof; an adhesive layer is formed to directly face the surface in at least one among the one side and the facing side; a polyolefin polymer coating layer is formed to directly face the surface on the facing side of a side facing the surface of the stainless steel plate; the adhesive layer includes an adhesive composition; the adhesive composition includes a polyolefin polymer and an olefinic elastomer; and the adhesive composition includes at least one selected from a group consisting of a carboxylic acid and a carboxylic acid derivative. The present invention is provided to achieve an effect of maintaining excellent adhesive strength even with repeated temperature changes.
