The present invention relates to a method for supporting real-time lectures on any subject through a phone. The method includes a process of measuring and quantifying the predicted media traffic quality between an internet call server and a lecturer terminal in an internet call scheme when a lecturer expresses the intention for providing lectures on topics on the lecturers own list of available topics registered in advance through the terminal. A student who wants the real-time lecture on any topic can select a lecturer from a list of available lecturers on the corresponding topic in accordance with the students preferences, name of the preferred lecturer, and predicted call quality. The student can request real-time lectures with simple additional information such as the topic or lecture time, the lecturer can check the additional information to accept the next lecture. When an internet method is used, the predicted media traffic quality is measured between the lecturer and student terminals before connecting the actual phone call. When the predicted media traffic quality does not meet a specified standard, the lecturer and the student are notified. The phone call for the real-time lecture between the lecturer and the student is connected otherwise or when the lecturer and the student agree. An actual phone call is connected when using a general phone call method.
