The present invention relates to a storage case for medical clips and a method for assembling the same, and more specifically, to a storage case for medical clips which prevents deformation of medical clips and is able to be assembled through a simple process, and to a method for assembling the storage case. The storage case for medical clips is formed with a cartridge (10) and a cover (20) for storing the plurality of medical clips. The storage case for medical clips comprises: a plurality of projections (15a, 15b) protruding from a side surface of a cartridge body (11); and a plurality of insertion holes (25a, 25b) formed in a side surface of a cover body (21), wherein the plurality of projections (15a, 15b) and the plurality of insertion holes (25a, 25b) are formed at positions where the projections and the insertion holes can be engaged with each other, such that the cartridge (10) and the cover (20) are coupled to each other.
