A wearable device for measuring an edema index according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a band which can be worn on the wrist, an electrode module which includes a pair of current electrodes and a pair of voltage electrodes, and a main module which applies an alternating current to the pair of current electrodes and obtains the edema index of a human body from the alternating voltage measured by the pair of voltage electrodes. The pair of current electrodes and the pair of voltage electrodes are arranged in a line on one side of the band in the longitudinal direction of the band and protrudes from one surface of the band.
