The present invention relates to a method for controlling a vaginal volume and pressure diagnosis apparatus, which includes: a probe insertion step of inserting an insertion probe member made of an elastically expandable material into a vagina of a female subject to be inspected; an air injection step of injecting air into the insertion probe member with a preset air amount by operating an air supply pump part; and a contraction pressure measurement step of measuring contraction pressure in the vagina by measuring air pressure in the insertion probe member by using a pressure sensor part, thereby accurately measuring the pressure in the contraction of the vagina to allow a doctor to accurately diagnose the inner state of the vagina and secure the diagnosis reliability of the doctor.
