The present invention relates to a visibility analysis apparatus for selecting a reference station, in which visibility analysis software is stored in a terminal portion such as a smartphone or tablet, the terminal portion is fixed by adjusting the horizontal to perform visibility analysis for a satellite navigation system signal at a reference station location, and the terminal portion is rotated without vibration to analyze whether the reference station location is appropriate. The visibility analysis apparatus for selecting a reference station comprises: a terminal portion which is provided with visibility analysis software therein, can take an image by a camera, can detect latitude, longitude, altitude, angle, and location, and is fixed through a fixing portion; a first angle adjustment portion, which adjusts an imaging angle of the terminal portion through the fixing portion for fixing the terminal portion; an electric rotation portion which is coupled to the downside of the first angle adjustment portion, and rotates the first angle adjustment portion; a second angle adjustment portion which is coupled to the downside of the electric rotation portion, and adjusts the angle of the electric rotation portion; and a support portion which is coupled to the downside of the second angle adjustment portion, and supports the second angle adjustment portion.
