The present invention provides an electric wiring groove processing device for processing and forming an electric wiring groove on an insulation material of a sandwich panel. According to the present invention, the electric wiring groove processing device comprises a drill part, processing body part and guide part. The drill part is inserted into a sandwich panel and forms a wiring groove while performing rotational movement along an insulation material in an upper direction. The processing body part has a coil structure formed in such a manner that a cable is wound multiple times and consists of a first processing body and at least one second processing body to transfer the rotational force to the drill part. The guide part is inserted through a basic hole for processing a wiring groove, which is formed on a panel of the sandwich panel, to be arranged and guides movement of a processing body connected to the drill part. The drill part consists of the drill body part, first blade part, second blade part and coupling ring. The processing body part comprises a fastening member and wrench. The guide part is formed by a guide pipe, support plate and grip.
