Disclosed are a job announcement recommendation system considering a job changing order and a method thereof. The method can comprise the steps of: generating a job changing information model formed of a job changing pattern of a user in consideration of job changing order for a plurality of users; and recommending a job announcement corresponding to the job to which a job seeker changes in consideration of the job changing information model of the users.
