Disclosed are a golf swing synchronization apparatus and a method therefor between a 3D golf swing model using an image processing technique and a moving image of a learner. The golf swing synchronization method between a 3D reference model and the learner comprises the following steps: tracking the position of a golf club depending on the golf swing of the learner; extracting time information of a frame corresponding to a time point at which the tracked golf club is moved to a predetermined position depending on the golf swing of the learner; and controlling the playback speed of the 3D reference model so that the golf swing of the 3D reference model is synchronized with the golf swing of the learner depending on extracted time information.
