The present invention relates to a scale eliminating device inside a pipe using a magnetic force which comprises: a driving unit (20) installed in a non-magnetic pipe (10) to eliminate scale; a first sub-magnetic unit (30) installed in an input hole of the non-magnetic pipe (10) to prevent the driving unit from being deviated toward a front direction; a driving motor (50) configured to connect the driving unit (20) by a timing belt (40) to rotate the driving unit (20); a control unit (60) capable of controlling the driving motor (50); a second sub-magnetic unit (70) installed in an output hole of the non-magnetic pipe (10) to prevent the driving unit from being deviated toward a rear direction; and a discharging fan (80) connected to the outside of the output hole of the non-magnetic pipe (10).
