PURPOSE: A non-cutting repairing method of a large-diameter pipeline for waterworks for inverting a tube in the pipeline using a circular tube feeder opened and closed by magnetic force is provided to precisely invert a tube in a pipeline by enhancing the blocking force of compressed air and steam by opening and closing with a strong magnet. CONSTITUTION: A non-cutting repairing method of a large-diameter pipeline for waterworks for inverting a tube in the pipeline using a circular tube feeder opened and closed by magnetic force is as follows. A pipeline is not cut, part of the pipeline is excavated, a manhole is installed on the upper part of the pipeline and the circular tube feeder opened and closed by magnetic force is assembled in the pipeline through the manhole. A PE(Polyethylene) film-coated and nonwoven fabric-reinforced tube is inserted into the pipeline. A resin liquid-impregnated tube is inverted in an old pipeline(40) by the tube feeder.
