The present invention relates to an indoor air pollution abatement system for a vehicle and, more particularly, to an indoor air pollution abatement system for a vehicle, which controls operation of air conditioning system to reduce the amount of fine dust introduced to the interior of the vehicle under a condition that a concentration of external fine dust outside of the vehicle is high to cause the amount of the find dust introduced into the vehicle from the outside of the vehicle to increase, thereby suppressing contamination of the interior of the vehicle interior caused by inflow of the fine dust. Specifically, the indoor air pollution abatement system for the vehicle operates an indoor/outdoor switching door so that outdoor air and indoor air are introduced at the same time under the condition of the concentration of the fine dust outside the vehicle, so the inflow of the fine dust is increased. As a result, the amount of the outdoor air flowing into the interior of the vehicle is reduced compared to a case where the outdoor air inlet is fully opened (100% opened). In addition to the reduction of the inflow of the outdoor air, the fine dust contained in the indoor air is removed by circulation of the indoor air, thereby suppressing contamination of the indoor air inside the vehicle. Accordingly, the indoor air pollution abatement system for the vehicle reduces the frequency that the air conditioning system enters an air purification mode to purify the indoor air.
