The present invention discloses a method for preparing a high heat resistant and high transparent crosslinking polyimide film. The method for preparing the high heat resistant and high transparent crosslinking polyimide film according to the embodiments of the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing a polyamic acid solution by adding a dianhydride monomer compound and a diaminobenzoic acid (DABA) to a solvent; preparing a polyamic acid film by coating the polyamic acid solution on a substrate; preparing a polyimide film by subjecting the polyamic acid film to first heat treatment using a vacuum reactor; and subjecting the polyimide film to second heat treatment to prepare a crosslinked polyimide film.
