The present invention relates to a sled for ice hockey, and more specifically, to a sled for ice hockey having a tilting unit which can adjust the center of gravity according to user′s body conditions. The present invention provides the sled for ice hockey having a tilting unit comprising: a saddle unit provided to enable a user to be seated; a variable support unit coupled to a lower portion of the saddle unit; a leg support unit coupled to the variable support unit, and provided to extend toward the front of the saddle unit to support the user′s legs; and a skate unit provided on a lower portion of the variable support unit. The saddle unit, the leg support unit, and the skate unit are formed such that the positions, where the saddle unit, the leg support unit, and the skate unit are coupled to the variable support unit, can be adjusted, thereby offsetting momentum generated according to the user′s various body conditions.
