An embodiment of the present invention relates to a Pd mixed catalyst system for preparing a polyketone compound, which comprises an onium salt compound having 5 to 40 carbon atoms containing a carboxylic acid group and a Pd-based catalyst, and uses olefins and carbon monoxide as reactants. Accordingly, the present invention can provide: the Pd mixed catalyst system capable of preventing fouling while exhibiting high activity in the preparation of polyketones; a method for preparing the polyketone compound in which the fouling can be prevented by using the mixed catalyst system, the introduction of seeds can be omitted and the stability and activity are high during a polymerization reaction; and the polyketone polymer having high apparent density prepared therefrom.
