PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing polyketone fiber and the polyketone fiber produced thereby are provided to offer good intensity by preventing adhesion of single filaments, and to improve usability of the fiber in an industrial fields such as tire cord, a belt, and a hose etc.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyketone fiber includes the following steps: manufacturing polyketone liquid by dissolving polyketone containing ketone 90 mole% or more; gaining multifilament by coagulating the polyketone liquid on a coagulation bath(S2); and drawing the multifilament with a washing, a drying and processing steps. The content of the polyketone liquid is 5 ~ 30 weight%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
