摘要
The present invention relates to an electrochemically modifying method for an electrode surface using electrochemically using a dopamine-hyaluronic acid adhesive and technique of adding anti-fouling properties to the electrode surface to suppress harmful biomaterials and bioadhesion, and to maintain electrical characteristics of the electrode using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technique of electrochemically oxidizing around the electrode a biocompatible polysaccharide polymer attached with dopamine and coating the electrode surface using dopamine functional groups as media. The purpose of the technique is to coat the electrode surface and inhibit bioadhesion depending on presence or absence of a cell after the electrode surface coating. In addition, electrochemical performance of the electrode was maintained or resistance of the electrode was slightly increased after the electrode coating. The surface-modified electrode according to the present invention can be widely used in a biomaterial field such as a bioelectrode, a biosensor, and a cell supporting body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
