The present invention provides a cosmetic composition containing an Osmanthus asiaticus extract and a Clematis apiifolia extract as an active component. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic composition comprises the Osmanthus asiaticus extract and the Clematis apiifolia extract, thereby having excellent antioxidant and whitening effect.
