The present invention relates to a collision prevention system for a tower crane. According to the present invention, the collision prevention system for a tower crane includes: a rotation measuring unit measuring a rotation angle of a tower crane and performing origin calibration when a tower crane rotates at the angle of 360 degrees; a wireless transceiver unit wirelessly transmitting motion data on the tower crane measured by sensors to the other tower crane and wirelessly receiving the motion data on the other tower crane; a control unit transmitting a danger signal to a warning display unit by calculating a collision path of the tower crane in real time by using coordinate data on the tower crane, which is input in advance, and the motion data on the tower crane, which is collected by the sensors; and the warning display unit ringing an alarm by receiving the danger signal from the control unit and displaying the collision path. According to the present invention, the collision prevention system for a tower crane improves reliability by minimizing a measurement error of the sensor to measure a motion of the tower crane in real time.
