According to the present invention, the method to scrap user information comprises: a step wherein an application system installed in a terminal of a user acquires from a user a first information set, which includes the user′s card number, card password, and CVC number, or a second information set which, in case the terminal is the user′s own, includes information about the phone number of the terminal, sex of the user, whether or not the user is Korean, birth date, and telecommunications company information; a step wherein the application system resets authentication information required for logging in by using the first information set or second information set received; a step wherein the application system logs in to an account of the user by using the reset system authentication information; and a step wherein the application system logs in to the account and to perform a scrapping process to scrap user information of the card company. The present invention is to provide the method and system, which allow a service provider to easily scrap user information required for a service from a subject agency.
