The present invention relates to female products easy for contraception and pregnancy, which comprise: a surface sheet which is attached to underclothes; a special sheet which reacts with body secretions on the upper part of the surface sheet; and an absorbent sheet which absorbs the body secretions on the upper part of the special sheet, wherein the shape formed on the special sheet varies depending on a concentration value of hormones. Through the shape of the special sheet which reacts differently and changes depending on the concentration of hormones in the secretion depending on the day of ovulation, the female products easy for contraception and pregnancy can diagnose an oncoming ovulation date.
