Provided is a waste incinerating facility. The waste incinerating facility comprises: a combustion unit which burns a waste product provided from the outside and has a discharging unit formed on an upper portion thereof for discharging combustion gas, provided by being burned, to the outside; a water cooling jacket unit which covers an outer circumference of the combustion unit to allow water provided from the outside to circulate in order to cool the combustion unit; a fire-resisting brick unit arranged to cover the outer circumference of the combustion unit so as to be arranged on an upper end of the water cooling jacket unit; an air nozzle unit installed in the water cooling jacket unit and supplying combustion air to the inside of the combustion unit; and a collecting unit disposed in the discharging unit to collect a harmful material having a predetermined-sized particle size from the combustion gas discharged from the discharging unit.
