The present invention relates to a mattress system, which comprises: a plate floor having a certain substance and passing through the certain substance to deliver heat, transmitted from a lower surface to an upper surface, to a human body connected to the upper surface; a hot water pipe floor disposed on a lower side of the plate floor and transmitting heat, provided through by a hot water pipe, to the plate floor; a mattress having a first temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the lower side of the plate floor; a heating unit which heats fluid; a circuit unit which circulates the heated fluid to the hot water pipe; a hot water boiler having a control unit for recognizing a feature of the plate floor and heating the fluid such that the temperature of the lower side of the plate floor measured by the first temperature sensor is reached to a temperature range determined in accordance with the feature of the plate floor.
