An efficiency calculating method based on an artificial recharge of groundwater using an underground penetration type gallery according to the present invention comprises: (a) a step of establishing an underground penetration type gallery in a hydrothermal area; and (b) a step of measuring a groundwater level under the ground while varying the amount and time of groundwater injection into the underground penetration type gallery installed in the step (a). Using the efficiency calculating method based on artificial groundwater analysis using the underground penetration type gallery according to the present invention, it is possible to evaluate quantitatively how much groundwater flowing out after using water cultivation can be re-injected into a free surface aquifer. Thus, it is possible to prevent the groundwater from declining at the time of activating water film cultivation.
