The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing specific odor and pollutants in the atmosphere using activated carbon, ozone, and a dryer of an ascon plant. To this end, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: a dryer (16) for heating aggregates discharged from a cold bin (10); a hot elevator (18) for conveying the aggregate heated by the dryer (16); and a mixer (32) for discharging, by means of a release part (32a), an additive, dust and the ascon mixed with the aggregate which is inserted after selection, transfer, and measured by the hot elevator (18).
