A moving object information security system capable of delegating a secret key for decrypting moving object information to another user in an intelligent distributed computing environment and a moving object information security method using the same. Such a mobile information security system includes a mobile object control device, an intermediate connection device, a server, and a user terminal. The server provides the first mobile private key msk1 to the intermediate connection device and provides the second mobile private key msk2 to the mobile object control device. The mobile object control device encrypts the moving object information m to generate a first cipher text C1 and provides the first cipher text C1 to the intermediate connection device, generates a user secret key usk using the second mobile private key msk2, do. The intermediate connection device changes the first cipher text C1 to the second cipher text C2 by using the first mobile private key msk1, and then provides the second cipher text C1 to the user terminal. The user terminal decrypts the second cipher text C2 using the user secret key usk to extract the mobile information m. As a result, the security for the mobile information m can be further enhanced.
