The present invention relates to a method of preparing an amorphous nano-sized ceramic powder, and more specifically, to a method of preparing an amorphous nano-sized ceramic powder, the method which is capable of increasing reaction speed of a mixed aqueous solution as well as solubility of a prepared noncrystalline. The method of the present invention comprises: a first step of moving a calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2) powder to a three-neck flask of an atmosphere that does not contain carbon dioxide and adding distilled water to the calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2) powder twice or more to prepare an aqueous calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2) solution, and injecting a phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) solution into another three-neck flask of an atmosphere that does not contain carbon dioxide and adding distilled water to the phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) solution twice or more to prepare an aqueous phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) solution; a second step of moving the aqueous calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2) solution and the aqueous phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) solution to a main reactor in the same rate and volume to react a mixture of the aqueous calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2) solution and the aqueous phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) solution in the main reactor of an atmosphere that does not contain carbon dioxide; and a third step of drying the main reactor of an atmosphere that does not contain carbon dioxide to prepare a nano-sized ceramic powder.
