To control the opening/closing of a value, a motor operated valve actuator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a valve operation shaft connected to the valve and rotating in the same manner as the rotation of the valve, a position control device connected to the valve operation shaft and sensing the position of the valve, and a torque control device connected to the valve operation shaft to apply a rotational force to the valve operation shaft and controlling a torque applied to the valve operation shaft. The present invention relates to a motor operated valve actuator for precision control having a position and torque controlling apparatus for preventing variation to improve precision and to protect a circuit.
