A method of tracking a time multiplexed binary offset carrier (TMBOC) signal includes: a step in which a receiver receives a TMBOC signal; a step in which the receiver divides a subcarrier of the TMBOC signal into 12 partial subcarriers having the same cycle; a step in which the receiver generates 12 partial correlation functions by correlating each of the 12 partial subcarriers and the received TMBOC signal; a step in which the receiver generates a first correlation function by combining a first partial correlation function and a final partial correlation function among the 12 partial correlation functions; a step in which the receiver generates a second correlation function by combining a fifth correlation function and a sixth correlation function among the 12 partial correlation functions and the first correlation function; a step in which the receiver generates a third correlation function by combining the remaining partial correlation functions not used for generating the second correlation function among the 12 partial correlation functions and the second correlation function; and a step in which the receiver tracks a signal by using the third correlation function. The present invention is provided to remove a side peak from a TMBOC signal and generate an acute signal, which has a sharp signal component, at the same time.
