The present invention relates to an equipment bar with a sensing function and stage equipment including the same to prevent an accident by providing a function capable of sensing dangerous elements which may cause safety accidents such as fire, fall, etc. in the equipment bar provided in a theater where various stage performances such as a play and a musical can be performed. The equipment bar with a sensing function according to the present invention comprises: a fire sensing device with a fire sensing function to sense a fire in one or more of a plurality of equipment bars connected to a wire rope to be moved up and down; and a horizontality sensing device having a function of preventing a fall. The horizontality sensing device comprises: a horizontality sensing body mounted on the equipment bar; a horizontality sensing seesaw bar provided in the body; a sensor installed near both sides of the seesaw bar to be operated by the seesaw bar; and a sensor lamp controlled by the sensor. On both sides of the body, height adjusting connectors are provided. On both sides of the seesaw bar, horizontality balance adjusters are provided.
