The present invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SRCM 100731strain having: acid resistance; bile resistance; extracellular enzyme secretion ability; α-hemolytic activity; thrombolytic activity; antimicrobial activity against harmful microorganisms; intestinal adhesion ability; and biogenic amine decomposition ability, and which does not produce biogenic amine, harmful substances and harmful enzymes. The Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SRCM 100731 strain of the present invention is estimated to be variously utilized in related industries such as a starter strain which is for manufacturing intestinal drugs or sauces and an antimicrobial microorganism medicine.
