The preparation of polyvinyl chloride by the hydrogen bonding into the matrix based foam possessing good mechanical properties for a core material of sandwich structure composites
The present invention relates to a hydrogen bonded polyvinyl chloride-based foam with excellent mechanical properties capable of being used as a core material of a sandwich structure composite, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the hydrogen bonded polyvinyl chloride-based foam with excellent mechanical properties capable of being used as a core material of a sandwich structure composite, and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein the hydrogen bonded polyvinyl chloride-based foam has a simple production process compared to an existing compression molding method, enables the production process to be continuously performed such that the hydrogen bonded polyvinyl chloride-based foam can be mass produced economically, and enables excellent mechanical strength such as compressive strength or the like to be obtained by mixing aminotriazole or aminotetrazole that is capable of forming a hydrogen bond with a polyvinyl chloride resin, diisocyanate, an anhydride, a foaming agent, and a surfactant, thereby manufacturing the hydrogen bonded polyvinyl chloride-based foam.
