The present invention provides a method for producing an extruded polymer composite. The method comprises: a first step of forming a surface treatment coating solution including fatty acid modified with reactive silane after mixing and stirring fatty acid, a condensation catalyst, and reactive silane in an organic solvent; a second step of forming nanofiller powder surrounded by a three-dimensional polymer film consisting of fatty acid combined with reactive silane by treating the surface of an inorganic nanofiller particle with the surface treatment coating solution and by curing the surface; and a third step of forming a polymer pellet by melting, mixing, and extruding the nanofiller powder, a polymer resin, an antioxidant, and a pigment. According to the present invention, an extruded high heat-resistant polymer composite in which strength and modulus, and blocking properties, abrasion resistance, and high-temperature stability with respect to a gas or a liquid are significantly improved even without damage to impact resistance, toughness, and transparency.
