A hairdressing apparatus using plasma according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first electrode having a straight line portion and a first connection portion bent in the direction intersecting the straight line portion and extending from one side of the straight line portion; a second electrode having a twist portion twisted to form a plurality of turns on an outer periphery of the straight portion and a second connection portion extending parallel to the first connection portion; a first bent portion formed between the straight portion and the first connection portion, and a second bent portion formed between the twisted portion and the second connection portion; and a dielectric layer formed on each of bent portions to prevent arc discharge generated in the bent portions when the bent portions face each other. It is an object of the present invention to provide the hairdressing apparatus using the plasma having a sterilizing function by generating atmospheric plasma, oxygen radical or ozone.
