A pressure head according to the present embodiment is the pressure head of an ingot cutting apparatus. The pressure head comprises a head body having a plurality of pneumatic supply ports for supplying compressed air to each part of the pressure head so as to control separate pressure; a pressurizing means provided in a position corresponding to the pneumatic supply port at the lower end of the head body and applying pressure to the side surface of ingot by compressed air supplied by each of the pneumatic supply ports; an air pressure correction means provided on the lower surface of each of the pressure means and adjusting a pressure deviation between the plurality of pressure means; an adhesive plate provided so as to be in contact with the lower surface of the pneumatic correction means and pressing the lower surface thereof directly against the side surface of the ingot; and an engaging and supporting means for supporting and bonding the head body, the pressing means, the pneumatic correction means, and the adhesive plate.
